We recommend booking our moving service at least one week before moving to secure your desired slot. Friday and Saturday slots are often filled up two weeks in advance.

How long will your movers take to complete the job?

The duration of a move depends on the volume of items and complexity involved. Factors such as lack of lift access, multiple locations and long-push distances may increase the time required.

Is protective wrapping of my furniture included in your moving service?

As professional movers, we use protective shrink-wrap for all boxes, furniture and bulky items to ensure they arrive at your designated location in perfect condition.

What is the size of your moving truck? Is it fully covered?

Our moving company operates standard 15ft. box trucks that are fully covered.

Are there any hidden costs for your moving services?

We offer a complimentary site survey service to ensure accurate quotations. All charges will be clearly communicated upfront to customers in the quotation.

Is there a surcharge for moving on weekends?

There is no surcharge for engaging our movers on weekends. Our official operating hours are from 9am – 6pm. Surcharges may apply for after-hours moving.
