Moving Matters
How early in advance do I have to confirm my moving date?
We recommend booking your move at least a week before moving to secure your desired moving slot. Friday and Saturday slots are often filled up two weeks in advance.
How long do moves usually take?
Moving duration is determined by the volume of items and complexity of move. Factors such as staircase climbing, additional locations and long-push will add to the duration of the move.
Do you provide protective wrapping for my furniture?
We use protective shrink-wrap for all boxes, furniture and bulky items to ensure they arrive at your designated location in perfect condition.
Storage Services
Can I store my belongings with you if I do not require moving services?
Our warehouse storage service is designed to be an add-on benefit for our moving customers to store their belongings with us at low cost without having to engage a separate storage provider. We do not accept requests for storage without moving at the moment.
Materials & Vehicles
Do I need to pay for carton boxes and tape?
Our carton boxes are provided on a loan basis to our customers. There is a deposit of $100 per 30 boxes, which is fully refundable upon collection of boxes after completion of move. OPP tapes are provided for free.
What are the sizes of your carton boxes?
Our carton boxes measure 50x40x50cm.
Is your lorry covered? What is the size of your lorry?
All our lorries are box lorries that are fully covered. Our moving lorries are standard 15ft. trucks.
Pricing & Payment
Are there any hidden costs?
We offer a complimentary site survey service to provide customers with an accurate quotation. To ensure transparency, all charges will be communicated to customers in the quotation.
Is there a surcharge for moving on weekends?
There is no surcharge for moving on weekends. Our official operating hours are from 9am – 6pm. Surcharges may apply for after-hours moving.
How and when do I make payment?
We accept payment in Cash, PayNow, or Bank Transfer upon completion of the move.
